What we collect

Partner applications include your name, email, optional phone, brand and website, selected categories, your concept, coaching philosophy, audience and existing materials. Waitlist entries include your email, optional first name, the tool and access option you selected, and your consent. We also record when you submit.

When you follow a link to a partner platform, we count the click (which partner, which programme and the page it came from) so we can report referrals to our partners. We don't store anything that identifies you.

Why we use it

We use partner application information to assess your proposal and contact you about the application process. We use waitlist information only to email you when the selected access option opens. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and protection

Information is held in access-controlled Lovable Cloud storage. Public visitors can submit forms but cannot read other submissions. We restrict access to authorised ThinkLife Equip staff and apply reasonable security safeguards. Online transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

How long we keep it

We keep applications only as long as needed to review them and meet applicable legal obligations. We keep waitlist entries until launch notification or until you ask us to remove them. Specific retention periods are [to be confirmed] before launch.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion where applicable, or object to processing. You may withdraw waitlist consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
