These terms explain how you may use ThinkLife Equip and its digital tools. Purchases and subscriptions are not available yet.
Using this site
Use ThinkLife Equip lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its forms. Site content is for personal growth and education; it does not replace professional advice. Information and features may change before launch.
Digital product licences
When sales open, a single purchase will grant a personal-use licence for one person. A coach subscription will allow use with only the number of clients covered by its active seats (5 or 10). A personal subscription covers one seat. Subscriptions provide access for as long as they remain active. No product may be resold, redistributed or shared outside the licence unless explicitly permitted.
Partner content
Partner coaches retain ownership of their original content. Listing, sale, delivery and commission terms will be governed by a separate signed partner agreement. ThinkLife Equip may review submissions and is not obliged to approve or publish them.
Limitation of liability
Tools are supplied for personal growth and coaching, not medical or mental health treatment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThinkLife Equip is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the site or tools. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
